Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Utility Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in generator systems or industrial utility management. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing utility systems including power, boilers, cooling towers, and compressors to ensure reliable and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot generators and associated utility systems.
• Monitor electrical loads, performance, and efficiency of utility equipment.
• Coordinate with project teams for installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage the utility team, including assigning tasks and arranging shifts.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all utility systems.
• Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Identify opportunities for energy optimization and cost savings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a reputable university.

4–5 years of experience with generators, electrical utilities, or industrial electrical systems.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear, and power distribution.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
