Maintenance Supervisor

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or in related field

Experience: 4-5 Years of Experience

Job Description:

· Evaluates worksites to determine necessary maintenance work

· Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

· Escalates issues to management and recommend solutions

· Supervise maintenance teams across all locations

· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services and materials

· Maintain detailed maintenance logs and ensure safety compliance

· Oversee maintenance and repair of various systems including electrical, plumbing, ventilation and mechanical system
