Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and user personas.
- Analyze user journeys, pain points, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Business Analysis:
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
UX Design & Strategy:
- Translate requirements and research insights into wireframes, workflows, and prototypes.
- Support the design team in creating user-centered solutions that balance business objectives with user needs.
- Ensure design consistency across platforms while maintaining flexibility for different user segments.
Collaboration & Delivery:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, and business units).
- Present findings, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Advocate for user-centered design within business and product discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Business, Design, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 3–6 years of experience in UX research, business analysis, or a hybrid role.
- Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and tools (user interviews, A/B testing, surveys, analytics).
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
- Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.
