As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional user experience for our digital products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user interface, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing interaction for our users. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Verify existing UX artefacts and research to confirm/affirm requirements and UX research validity.
Elaborate requirements from new/emerging needs, conduct user research through various UX design approaches and produce effective UX design.
Support trade studies to evaluate COTS tools and advise on the capability, effort and approach to produce effective UX design for the current set of needs/requirement.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design aligns seamlessly with business objectives, actively engaging in design critiques and problem-solving sessions for a cohesive approach.
Collaborate with the development team to craft high-fidelity visual designs that seamlessly embody the overarching brand identity.
Iteratively refine designs based on user and stakeholder input, ensuring the development of user-friendly and effective interactive prototypes through usability testing and continuous improvement.
Ensure designs are responsive and provide consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
