Job Description:

Experienced UX Developer to design and implement user-centered digital experiences across our

platforms. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creative thinking, and strong

communication skills. The UX Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate

business needs into intuitive, accessible, and engaging interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user flows and requirements.
• Create responsive web designs that adhere to best practices in UX/UI.
• Implement design solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Utilize data visualization techniques to present findings and recommendations.
• Ensure designs are optimized for SEO and e-commerce platforms.
• Participate in Agile development processes to iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies related to UX design.

Experience

• Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Experience with design tools such as Visual Studio, Trello, or similar project management software.
• Knowledge of system architecture principles and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub or SVN.
• Experience with UX methodologies including wireframing, user flows, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus.

Required Requisites:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in UX design and development

- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular)

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design and development projects

- Experience with usability testing and user research

- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)

- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

Optional / Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions

- Knowledge of backend integration (REST APIs)

- Familiarity with design systems (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

- Experience mentoring junior designers or developers

- Background in data visualization or BI dashboard design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
