Summary
Responsible for delivering front-end designs to production by collaborating closely with other designers and developers. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team on projects ranging in size from small to large. Must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React. Designs are created using industry standard graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). The designer will also create style guides and pattern libraries for use throughout the organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, user experience design, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in graphic design and front-end web development required.
Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in front-end web design required.
Experience working with a content management system (CMS) required.
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and similar graphic design software required.
Knowledgeable in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript required.
Experience with React or similar front-end frameworks preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written required.
Strong organizational and time management skills required.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required.
