UX Lead

We are seeking an experienced and creative UX Lead to drive user experience design initiatives and create intuitive digital interfaces. The role requires a strategic thinker capable of leading design projects, managing client interactions, and ensuring the delivery of user-centered design solutions.

Lead end-to-end UX design processes from concept to delivery across digital platforms.

Collaborate with clients, product managers, and development teams to define user experience strategies and design directions.

Translate user insights, research findings, and business goals into visually appealing and efficient interface designs.

Manage design documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.

Review and guide the UX design team to ensure design consistency and adherence to usability principles.

Conduct usability testing and continually improve designs based on feedback and analytics.

Communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum 10 years of experience in UX design, with proven experience leading design teams or major projects.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design frameworks.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in a client-facing role with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into design solutions.

Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects across web and mobile applications.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
