Overview
Stillwell Inc., a family-owned leader in hydraulic trailer equipment and engineered power systems, is hiring a full-time UX Wireframer & WordPress Content Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Brand team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping Stillwell’s digital presence — combining user experience design, content organization, and handson WordPress expertise to create a visually dynamic, brand-driven website that highlights our craftsmanship, innovation, and industry leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Information Architecture & UX Design
- Develop intuitive sitemaps, wireframes, and user flows that guide the structure and layout of new and existing website content.
- Translate business objectives and brand goals into clear, conversion-focused web experiences.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure digital layouts reflect Stillwell’s brand-first storytelling approach while maintaining usability and accessibility.
WordPress Site Development
- Build, manage, and optimize web pages using WordPress (Elementor or similar platforms).
- Ensure consistent design standards across all devices, including mobile and tablet.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure seamless functionality and visual alignment.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize for speed, SEO, and engagement.
Content Management
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to publish new product, campaign, and brand storytelling content.
- Maintain page templates, assets, and navigation consistency across the site.
- Manage digital content updates including imagery, copy, and video using established brand guidelines.
- Create, Integrate and manage video and still content to enhance the user experience and brand presentation
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in UX design, web content management, or front-end WordPress development.
- Proven ability to design and execute wireframes, sitemaps, and user-centered digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, content hierarchy, and responsive design.
- Experience creating and optimizing video and photography for digital and social platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and web optimization fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Figma/Moqups and Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B marketing environments.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce integrations.
- Working knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
