We are looking for a UX Writer for one of our client in Thane.

About the role:
UX writers play a critical role at Airtel and work with designers, product managers,
engineers, and others to craft the messaging that guides users through the Airtel
products. But it’s not just the words — as a UX writer, you must think about the entire
user experience and how it can be made more intuitive and enjoyable.

What will you do?:

• Understand user interaction in various product modules to craft accurate,
• intuitive, and helpful copy.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user and business needs.
• Create copy for various UI and UX components, including system-generated updates, error messages, tooltips, modal windows, descriptions, etc.guidelines.across the product.streamline processes.
• Ensure that copy across the product is clear, concise, and adheres to our
• Conduct copy audits, market research, readability tests, etc., to improve copy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine existing UX copy guidelines and
• Actively participate in grooming calls and solutions discussions.

What are we looking for?:

Must have:
- 1.5 years of UX writing experience for B2B or B2C digital products.
- Portfolio showcasing examples of user-centric in-product copy, highlighting the UX
challenge and rationale.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate eMectively with cross-functional teams and back your work with
strong rationale. - Familiarity with Figma.
- Openness to feedback and continuous learning.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good to have:
- Additional certifications specific to UX Writing or Research

Key competencies:
- Functional: UX writing, content strategy, microcopy, information architecture, UX
principles
- Behavioural: Creativity, eMective stakeholder communication, conflict resolution,
collaborative approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
