Overview

Job Details:

Improve existing product features and contribute innovative ideas for new design concepts that enhance usability and user experience.

Analyze how users interact with the product and recommend UX improvements to create a smoother and more intuitive experience.

Manage and expand the product design system to maintain consistent design standards across all platforms and products.

Establish and refine internal design team processes by creating practical workflows, guidelines, and best practices.

Plan and organize designers’ workloads for upcoming projects while maintaining visibility of priorities and timelines.

Review design work regularly to ensure final solutions meet quality, usability, and business expectations.

Guide and mentor designers within the team, supporting their professional growth and skill development.

Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and ensure alignment on design direction and objectives.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver well-coordinated solutions.

Maintain clear documentation of design decisions, updates, and project outcomes for future reference.

Encourage innovation by recommending new tools, methods, and creative approaches to improve the design process.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions for product and user experience challenges.

Job Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI, including at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.

Strong ability to organize tasks, evaluate information, and make data-driven design decisions.

Hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.

Good understanding of user research methods and interface evaluation practices.

Strong visual design skills with close attention to layout, spacing, typography, and detail.

Creative mindset with a solid understanding of core UI and UX design principles.

Confidence in presenting design work and explaining decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
