UX/UI Designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our product and web design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences and a strong portfolio of work demonstrating their skills. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Management to develop high-level concepts for projects.
• Create designs that help the product team understand the desired customer journey, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
• Stay updated on the latest usability and design trends, sharing insights and innovative ideas with the team.
• Partner with colleagues to improve existing processes and enhance workflows.
• Promote a human-centered, collaborative design culture within the company.
• Work effectively in an Agile environment, clearly communicating design ideas to engineers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other graphic/wireframe applications.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically, with strong self-motivation, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for tackling visual design challenges and exploring multiple solutions.
• A portfolio showcasing design thinking and digital platform projects.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: On-site at our G11- Markaz Office
