Associate Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in designing user-centered digital experiences, combining aesthetic design with functional usability. This role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly and visually compelling UI layouts, graphics, and interactive elements for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and visual standards across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver design assets (icons, illustrations, graphics, etc.) for development teams.
• Work within agile workflows, contributing to sprint planning and reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or digital product design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging visual designs.
• Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, or similar).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and usability.

Preferred:

• Experience working in agile or product-based environments.
• Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic design work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
