Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Spearhead renovation projects, finalize BOQs, and oversee execution with zonal teams.
• Budget Management: Ensure cost optimization, financial accountability, and secure necessary approvals.
• Renovation & Maintenance: Oversee building maintenance, site visits, and ensure timelines & quality standards.
• Structural Assessments: Lead building assessments, remedial planning, and vet BOQs with consultants.
• Compliance & Quality: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulations.
• Reporting & Documentation: Present project updates, KPIs, and maintain transparency.
• CAPEX & OPEX Projects: Manage approved projects effectively.
• Invoicing & SAP: Coordinate for invoice verification, GRN, PAC & FAC issuance.
• Audit: Conduct audits to ensure work meets standards & HQ criteria.

Requirements

• Education: BSc. Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Skills: AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
