Job Title: Senior Estimation Engineer (HVAC) Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university and a proven track record of 5+ years in estimation roles within the HVAC industry. The Senior Estimation Engineer will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimation and Costing:

● Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare accurate and

comprehensive cost estimates for HVAC projects.

● Analyze labor, material, and equipment requirements to determine project costs.

● Ensure that cost estimates align with project timelines and quality standards. Communication:

● Maintain open and effective communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

● Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information for accurate estimations.

● Clearly articulate and present estimation details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Documentation:

● Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all estimates, including assumptions,

methodologies, and costing details.

● Collaborate with the project team to provide necessary documentation for proposal

submissions. HVAC Expertise:

● Utilize in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to accurately estimate project requirements.

● Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to HVAC systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a well-reputed university. Proven experience of 5+ years in estimation roles within the HVAC industry. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and associated technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits:

· Market competitive salary, starting from PKR 200,000 (minimum) and adjustable based on experience and expertise.

· Health benefits (outpatient care in Islamabad covered), ranging between PKR 50,000–75,000 depending on experience.

· Joining bonus equivalent to 30–40% of the base salary.

· Vehicle allowance available after completion of the probationary period (every six months).
