MEP (Mechanical. Electrical, Plumbing) Technical Engineer

Job description:

Key Qualifications:

1. Proficient in reviewing and interpreting architectural, engineering, and construction plans with specialization in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

2. In-depth knowledge of California Building Codes (CBC) and Los Angeles Municipal Codes (LAMC) related to MEP design, installation, and compliance.

3. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in identifying and drafting Requests for Information (RFIs) during design and construction phases.

4. Strong familiarity with MEP coordination and clash detection.

General Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/MS in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency with HVAC Systems.

Reiteration:
Must have experience working with U.S. construction companies either in any state or within local construction services but must be a Mechanical Engineer.

Note:
Being a MECHANICAL ENGINEER is a MUST for this role.
