Responsibilities:
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across ecommerce websites and applications. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and business objectives to deliver interfaces that enhance conversion rates, reduce friction, and improve the overall customer journey. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital solutions that align with brand standards and user expectations.
Essential Functions:
Qualifications:
3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in ecommerce or consumer-facing digital products
Experience:
Proven track record of designing UX/UI for ecommerce or consumer-facing digital products
Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborative experience working with cross-functional teams including product, development, and marketing
Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems and style guides
Demonstrated ability to optimize user flows for improved engagement, conversion, and retention
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven track record of designing UX/UI for ecommerce or consumer-facing digital products

Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Travel: No travel
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
This position is classified as “in-person,” which means the physical office in Orlando.
