UX/UI Designer

Role Overview:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences across our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and user insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1 to 1.5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, prototyping, and layout.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in user research and testing methodologies.
