Role Overview

Gubloo Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is a fast-growing and dynamic technology and staffing solutions company delivering tailored digital and business services to U.S.-based and international clients. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our on-site team in Islamabad.

This role is ideal for a designer with strong UI/UX fundamentals and graphic design skills, capable of delivering clean, user-centered designs and high-quality visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI for web and mobile applications (wireframes, prototypes, final UI)
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable components
• Design graphic assets including flyers, banners, and marketing creatives
• Ensure visual consistency across products and branding materials
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for accurate implementation
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience using Canva for marketing and quick designs
• Solid understanding of UX principles, typography, colors, and layouts
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Motion design or micro-interaction experience
• Basic video editing skills
