What you'll do:
Lead UX processes including discovery, research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually compelling designs
Create high-fidelity UI designs, components, and design system assets
Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and collaborative working sessions
Use research, analytics, and feedback loops to inform iterative improvements
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
