About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Health Safety Manager to join our team in various locations worldwide. As a Health Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive health and safety management system to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to prevent injuries and illnesses
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety-first culture and encourage employee participation in health and safety initiatives
• Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols
• Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in health and safety management or related field
• Professional certifications such as OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, laws, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
