Anchor Hospitality Co. is a rapidly growing hospitality management company focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence across a portfolio of vacation homes. We manage 30+ vacation rentals in the Spokane area and are looking for operations and admin support while we continue to grow and scale the business.

About the Role
This is an entry-level, hands-on position designed for someone who wants to learn how a growing business operates from the inside.
You will work directly with the CEO (Miranda) and support day-to-day operations, logistics, and administrative tasks that keep the business and team running smoothly.
This role is ideal for a motivated young adult or student who:

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Support
- Run local errands as needed (post office, supply pickups/deliveries)
- Assist with organizing inventory and supplies
- Staff the office as scheduled for deliveries, or guest lost & found
- Prepare and deliver guest or owner items when needed
Administrative Tasks
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Managing and distributing guest-related materials to properties
- Help manage checklists and task tracking (Asana or similar systems)
- Support light data entry and follow-ups
CEO Support
- Shadow CEO during select tasks, meetings, or property visits
- Good note-taking skills to not miss pertinent details
- Help prep materials, organize schedules, and execute small projects
- Act as an extra set of hands to keep operations moving efficiently
Hospitality Support
- Assist with property setup tasks when needed (light staging, restocking)
- Help prepare welcome items or specialty guest touches
