Key Responsibilities:

Valet Parking Driver Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and open doors as they arrive at the hotel.
• Safely Park, retrieve, and handle guest vehicles in designated parking areas.
• Ensure the security and cleanliness of guest vehicles while in your care.
• Follow proper parking procedures, including maintaining logs and ticket systems.
• Assist guests with directions or information about local attractions and services.
• Report any vehicle damage or incidents immediately to the supervisor.

Bellboy Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests at the entrance and assist with their luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explain room features, and provide assistance as needed.
• Deliver messages, packages, or room amenities promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, guest areas, and luggage storage areas.
• Provide assistance during group check-ins, luggage transfers, and special events.
• Address guest inquiries or requests efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE manual driving license (light vehicle) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a valet driver, bellboy, or similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles, including luxury cars.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of local routes and attractions is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of hotel operations and guest services.
