Valet Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily valet operations and staff activities.
• Assign duties and monitor valet drivers' performance.
• Ensure safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
• Maintain vehicle logs, key control, and operational records.
• Train and guide valet staff on company procedures and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with hotel, mall, restaurant, or facility management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
• Prepare reports and maintain attendance records.

Requirements:

• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Previous experience as a Valet Supervisor or Senior Valet Driver.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume valet operations.
• Good knowledge of vehicle handling and parking procedures.
• Basic computer and reporting skills preferred
