Validation Engineer

A Validation Engineer ensures products, equipment, and processes meet specifications and regulations by designing, executing, and documenting rigorous tests, crucial in industries like pharma, medical devices, and tech to guarantee quality, safety, and compliance through inspection, calibration, and data analysis for efficient, reliable manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Testing & Inspection: Perform detailed tests (functional, performance, stress) on systems, equipment, and software. Documentation: Develop test plans, protocols, reports, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance records are accurate. Compliance: Verify adherence to government regulations and industry standards (e.g., FDA, GMP). Calibration & Maintenance: Manage, calibrate, and inspect instruments and machinery. Troubleshooting: Debug issues in systems (like client hardware or manufacturing lines) and work with design teams to find root causes. Collaboration: Work with QA, process engineers, and R&D teams.
