Validation Engineer (Cleanroom)(5+ Year experience)

Role and Responsibilities

Inspection manager in the field of Cleanroom Validation. Key responsibilities include clean room validation, validation procedure, compliance with regulations, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience in the validation of cleanroom like below test,

1.compressed/nitrogen Air validation included below mention test

a. Dew point test

b. oil content test

2. clean room/ Equipment validation include below mention tests:

a. Air velocity test

b Filter integrity test

c. non viable particle count

d. area recovery test

e. Air flow pattern

• Excellent command of ISO and FDA requirements for cleanroom monitoring (ISO 14644, ISO 13485, FED-STD 209E etc)
• Preparation & execution of Qualification protocols for Isolators, DPB, SPB, LAF, and RLAF.
• Tracking and Handling of Engineering QMS activities such as Deviation, Change control and CAPA during project life cycle
• Development of protocols for HVAC Systems and conducting tests such as Airflow Velocity ACPH Calculation, Differential Pressure Monitoring, Temperature and RH mapping, HEPA Filter Integrity Test (PAO), Particle Counting, Area Recovery and Airflow Visualization test in accordance with ISO 14644, EU GMP Annex 1 & Schedule M.
• Experience in cleanroom validations
• Preferred experience in ISO 17020 Inspection laboratory.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to timelines.
• Degree with a minimum of 5 years of inspection industry experience
