- Perform valuations for real estate, machinery & equipment, businesses, or financial instruments using appropriate methodologies (e.g., income approach, market approach, cost approach, DCF, comparable transactions).
- Prepare detailed valuation reports compliant with IVS (International Valuation Standards) and client/regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, verify asset condition, and document assumptions, constraints, and special considerations.
- Collect and analyze market data, comparable sales, rentals, yields, replacement costs, and economic indicators.
- Build and validate financial models (DCF, WACC, sensitivity analysis) and risk assessments.
- Maintain a local database of market comparable (Qatar/GCC) and update pricing indices and trend analyses.
- Ensure adherence to IVS, RICS Red Book, and internal policies; maintain audit-ready workpapers.
- Support external and internal audits, regulatory reviews, and due diligence exercises.
Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR16,000.00 per month
