Our Deals team, operational for over 25 years with a dedicated specialized group of currently more than 100 transaction professionals, is the largest and most experienced Deals team in Türkiye . We have worked on nearly all major transactions in Türkiye, providing independent advice for mergers, acquisitions, divestments, valuations, advanced financial modelling, business plan reviews, restructurings, negotiation support and privatizations. We have the strongest track record across all industries and sectors.

We are enlarging and strengthening our Valuation, Modelling and Analytics (VMA) Team , that operates as part of our Advisory – Deals Department, with new Senior Consultants to meet the increasing demand in the market.

Qualifications

• Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (Management or Industrial Engineering).
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Deal Advisory, Business Enterprise Valuation, Financial Modelling, or Corporate Finance is preferred. Past Big4 Audit experience is also preferred. Applicants should demonstrate a basic understanding of different valuation approaches or have prior experience working with them, either through academic coursework or practical exposure.
• Accounting Knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge and a general understanding of Turkish GAAP and IFRS.
• MS Office Skills: Advanced skill set in using MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Data Analytics: Command on data analytics tools, including data visualization and connectivity solutions, is a preferable skill.
• English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
• Additional Skills: Ability to use Capital IQ and/or Bloomberg is a plus. A good understanding of the trends, dynamics, and stakeholders in the Turkish Ventures Ecosystem is also a plus. An analytical and curious mindset focused on business structures and effective modeling, considering industry specific KPIs, is also a plus.

In your role as a Senior Consultant you will

• Prepare business enterprise valuations and reports that include different valuation methodologies
• Run sensitivity and scenario analysis to better understand risks associated with the projections
• Conduct Trading / Transactions Multiples analyses
• Perform purchase price allocation studies
• Perform impairment testing studies
• Perform intangible asset valuations
• Prepare financial feasibility studies for greenfield/brownfield investments
• Develop yourself to build Advanced financial models for custom tailored client needs (M&A, LBO, Project Finance, FP&A)
• Perform market research studies
• Be expected to Guide and support junior team members, ensure their professional growth
