Valuation Officer

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Valuation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property valuation, market analysis, and report preparation, while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Valuation: Conduct detailed inspections and valuations of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market data, comparable sales, and transactions to support accurate valuations.
• Timely Reporting: Prepare and deliver valuation reports on schedule with 100% accuracy.
• Client Consultation: Communicate findings with clients, including homeowners, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. Address queries professionally.
• Compliance: Stay updated with RERA regulations and international valuation standards (IVS, IFRS).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all valuation work is objective, transparent, and aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate valuation, preferably in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• RERA certification or professional valuation qualification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
