Value Added Products (FMCG) Sales & Marketing Executive

An agriculture company, making fresh value added products from its farms, mainly food product/fertilizer/seeds/fresh fruits/FMCG products specially Jam, marmalade, organic pastes, organic powder & related etc, is seeking a dedicated Value-Added Products (FMCG) Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Karachi. An ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing market access for fresh from farms value added products.

Key Role & Responsibilities

· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

· Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.

· Identify potential clients, distributors, and new market opportunities through effective lead generation and business development.

· Manage product branding, launches, and market positioning to ensure strong brand presence.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify trends and growth opportunities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

· Organize and participate in national and international food exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

· Expert in market penetration campaigns, pre-launch activities, and product launching/branding and related activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 25-35 years
  • Education: Specialization into Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience: 3-5 years mandatory experience within the Food/FMCG industry.
