Job Responsibilities:


  • Build customer engagement and loyalty through initiatives.
  • Constantly promote process improvement for the business line by innovating new deals and launch commercial agreements with other brands targeting the segment.
  • Manage product bundles and new product offers to the segment.
  • Work with dealers to develop Retail Marketing initiatives like mobile payment and promotions for Priority customers to optimize the service and increase customer satisfaction. (is the aim to have customer satisfaction or customer usage of the service?).
  • Identify and capture business opportunities (new sites, agencies, hotels, contracts renewals) by developing, executing and delivering negotiation strategies.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to carry out different marketing activities that promote the Bank; its products and services to targeted segments.
  • Develop and promote the packages and services offered to different tiers of Priority Clients segments.



Qualifications & Skills :


  • At least 10 years of experience in a Banking or Financial sector environment (3 years of experience in retail banking business development).
  • Knowledge of the Bank’s products and services and those provided by the competitors .
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills .
