Valve Maintenance Planner (Onshore/Offshore )
Role purpose
Plan and coordinate valve maintenance and re-certification activities (onshore/offshore) to ensure work is executed safely, on time, and with clean, complete records in COMPANY systems (CMMS/ALIM), supporting campaigns and shutdowns.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage integrated plans for valve maintenance and re-certification activities with COMPANY.
- Develop schedules that balance asset priorities, resources, and site readiness.
- Produce look-ahead plans and readiness checks (spares, tooling, test capacity, third parties).
- Collate maintenance data and keep CMMS updated pre/post job (work orders, histories, failure data, closeout).
- Maintain ALIM register updates and upload/attach test certificates and documentation packs.
- Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams on work packs, logistics, constraints, and shutdown/campaign plans.
- Plan in line with COMPANY HSE and Control of Work requirements (eCOW/LOLER-based).
- Support rapid-response planning for urgent valve repairs (target start within 24 hours).
- Interface with inventory/material control to ensure spares availability and logistics readiness.
Minimum requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience covering valve maintenance exposure and maintenance planning/scheduling.
- Working knowledge of CMMS work management (build/close WOs, work packs, histories, spares coordination).
- Strong recordkeeping and certificate/document control (ALIM/test cert process).
- Comfortable coordinating across teams and participating in shutdown/campaign planning.
Preferred
- Planning valve re-certification (especially PSVs) and managing certificate packs.
- Offshore planning experience.
- SAP / Maximo / similar CMMS experience.
