The Van Sales Executive is responsible for selling and distributing seafood and poultry products to retail outlets, supermarkets, groceries, Cafeterias, and other customers through assigned sales routes. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, collecting payments, and expanding market coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
· Visit assigned customers and retail outlets daily as per route plan.
· Promote and sell seafood and poultry products to existing and new customers.
· Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock availability at customer locations.
· Generate sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
· Collect payments and outstanding dues from customers as per company policy.
· Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, stock movement, and customer feedback.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
· Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
· Ensure proper handling and hygiene standards for seafood and poultry products during transportation and delivery.
· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock replenishment and smooth operations.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
· Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and ensure compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
