Van Sales Executive (Outdoor) – Tires

Role Purpose

The Van Sales Executive is responsible for route-based selling, order taking, and on-the-spot deliveries to retail shops, workshops, and fleet customers across assigned territories. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling tires, batteries, lubricants, or automotive spare parts, with the ability to build strong relationships, merchandise products, and achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily route plans to meet and exceed sales, coverage, and productivity targets.
  • Sell and deliver products (tires, lubricants, batteries/auto parts) to retail and B2B customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with workshops, tire shops, spare part retailers, and fleet accounts.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, delivery documentation, and cash/cheque collection as per company policy.
  • Conduct market visits to identify new customers, upsell/cross-sell, and expand coverage.
  • Monitor stock levels in the van and ensure proper rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and product care.
  • Implement merchandising standards (display, pricing, POS material) at customer sites.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints proactively; coordinate with the team for resolutions.
  • Provide daily reports: sales calls, orders, deliveries, returns, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and compliance with traffic and company regulations.
  • Support promotions, launches, and credit control in line with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of outdoor sales experience in tires, lubricants, batteries, or automotive parts (required).
  • Proven experience in van sales/route sales in Qatar or GCC (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License (manual preferred).
  • Working knowledge of basic MS Excel / sales apps / handheld devices for invoicing.
  • Familiarity with local routes/areas and the automotive aftermarket ecosystem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • outdoor sales in tires, lubricants, or automotive parts: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Qatar Driving License (Required)
