Job Purpose
To sell and deliver company products directly to customers using a company van, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Load products into the van and ensure accurate stock before departure
- Visit assigned routes and customers (retail shops, restaurants, etc.)
- Promote and sell products to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Collect payments (cash/credit) and issue invoices/receipts
- Maintain proper records of sales, returns, and collections
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working condition
- Follow company policies and Qatar traffic regulations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily sales target achievement
- Collection efficiency
- Number of customer visits per day
- New customer acquisition
- Product availability & stock accuracy
Requirements
- High school or equivalent qualification
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Light Vehicle)
- Minimum 2–3 years of van sales experience (FMCG preferred)
- Basic English communication (Arabic is a plus)
- Good selling and negotiation skills
- Basic math and record-keeping skills
