Van Salesman

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Van Salesman to join our team. The role involves selling and distributing bakery products directly to customers through company vans, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and sell bakery products (bread, cakes, etc.) across assigned routes.
• Load, unload, and arrange products neatly in the van and at customer outlets.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Manage cash collections and invoices accurately.
• Monitor product returns and report market feedback to management.
• Ensure van cleanliness, product hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with retailers, supermarkets, and end customers.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Van Salesman / Route Salesman (preferably in FMCG or bakery industry).
• Good communication skills (Arabic/English/Hindi knowledge preferred).
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
• Physically fit and able to load/unload bakery products.
• Customer-focused, disciplined, and punctual.
