Job Purpose:
To promote and sell company products directly to customers through van sales operations, ensuring maximum sales coverage, timely delivery, and excellent customer service while maintaining proper documentation and cash handling procedures.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Customer Service
- Visit assigned routes and customers daily to sell company products directly from the van.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Ensure proper product presentation, visibility, and rotation at customer outlets.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and report unresolved issues to the Sales Supervisor.
2. Delivery & Stock Management
- Load the van with the correct quantity and mix of products before departure.
- Ensure accurate delivery of products as per sales invoices or route orders.
- Maintain accurate records of van stock, sales, and returns on a daily basis.
- Reconcile cash and stock at the end of each working day.
- Ensure products are stored and transported under proper conditions to maintain quality.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, route performance, and cash collection records.
- Submit invoices, receipts, and all relevant documents to the Accounts or Sales Department after each trip.
- Report competitor activities, market feedback, and customer requirements to management.
4. Compliance & Safety
- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, cash handling, and vehicle use.
- Ensure that all vehicle documents (license, insurance, registration) are valid and available.
- Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations during operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in van sales or field sales, preferably in FMCG or related industry.
- License: Valid light/medium vehicle driving license.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic math and accounting knowledge for cash handling.
- Customer-focused and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with route planning and local geography.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
