Van Salesman - Alain Mills

Job Summary

The Van Salesman is responsible for achieving sales targets through direct sales and distribution of Al Ain Mills products to retail outlets, groceries, supermarkets, bakeries, and other assigned customers. The role includes maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring product availability, handling collections, and supporting market expansion activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and sell company products directly to assigned customers using the company van.
• Visit all assigned outlets according to the approved route plan.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure proper product display and stock availability at customer outlets.
• Introduce new products, promotions, and special offers to customers.
• Collect payments and submit invoices, cash, and related documents accurately and on time.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and report feedback to management.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure proper handling and transportation of products to avoid damages.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and routine checks of the assigned vehicle.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for loading, stock reconciliation, and delivery schedules.
• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and traffic regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Van Sales within FMCG or food industry.
• Experience in flour, food products, or bakery products is preferred.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License is mandatory.
• Good communication and selling skills.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing, collections, and route management.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
