ROLE OVERVIEW:

RAKEZ is seeking a results-driven VAS Product Development & Growth Manager to lead the design, commercialization, and performance management of its Value-Added Services portfolio. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on building scalable products, driving adoption, and accelerating revenue growth across the RAKEZ ecosystem.


You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of VAS products — from market analysis and product design to partner enablement, go-to-market execution, and performance optimization. You will work closely with commercial, operations, customer experience, and external partners to ensure strong product-market fit and commercial success.


CORE RESPONSIBIKITIES:

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and commercialization of VAS products and bundled service offerings.
  • Drive product-market fit through research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Build and manage strategic service partners, including SLA governance and performance reviews.
  • Own VAS revenue performance, adoption KPIs, and portfolio profitability.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and internal product enablement.
  • Develop tiered product structures and pricing models aligned with customer needs and market demand.
  • Enable frontline teams through product training, sales tools, and playbooks.
  • Monitor customer experience, service quality, and operational efficiency of VAS offerings.
  • Prepare portfolio performance dashboards and executive growth reports.
  • Identify new revenue streams and service expansion opportunities within the RAKEZ ecosystem.


CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in product development, portfolio management, growth, or commercialization within professional services, consulting, government services, SaaS, fintech, or platform-based environments.
  • Proven ability to build and scale service products from concept to revenue.
  • Strong experience in partner ecosystems, vendor governance, and SLA management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and customer experience improvements.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
