Description


Job Purpose

VAS Support Engineer is responsible for Providing 1st and 2nd level support for customer complains in order to solve problems timely and according to ISP Quality Standards in order to maintain Company Image and Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

Report To Position Name

  • Administers DNS service as well as Performing 1st and 2nd level of troubleshooting for mail and DNS services to apply first call resolution
  • 1st level of troubleshooting of web service,
  • Hosting Services Consultancy for all windows and Linux services hosting at customer premises
  • Following up on all hosting customers inquiries and requests
  • Handling customers visits to Data center
  • Handling difficult technical problems to resolve them efficiently and effectively

Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

 University Degree.- B. Sc Communication or Computer Science
 Good Communication Skills.
 Good Reporting & Presentation Skills
 MCSE& MCSA Certification is a plus
 Linux Certification is a plus
 Operating system& Internet services (mail, DNS, web)

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

 1-3 Years experience

 Solid background of IT system
