JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are part of Finance, Global Financial Services department.
Role Description:
The VCC VAT and Supplier Income recovery Officer role will:
- Support VAT and Supplier Income recovery activities.
- Manage tickets, supplier interactions, and ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports and assist in identifying recovery opportunities.
The position requires English and Arabic conversational speaking skills, as the role requires recurrent engagement with suppliers to support them via email, over the phone or by virtual meetings.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills
Experience:
- Experience in the travel industry
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), ticketing tools, and BI platforms.
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and supplier recovery processes experience is desirable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1+ years in PTP or VAT recovery operations
