$60,000+ (Base + Commission + Benefits)
Full-Time | In-Person Role
We’re expanding our Private-Party Acquisition Team and looking for a driven, tech-comfortable, people-oriented professional who can connect with private sellers, build trust quickly, and negotiate great deals.

What You’ll Do
Use the VETTX acquisition platform to identify, track, and engage private-party sellers across online marketplaces (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, AutoTrader, etc.)
Initiate conversations with sellers through multiple communication channels and maintain consistent, professional follow-up
Build rapport, handle objections, and negotiate fair purchase prices
Manage the full acquisition lifecycle—from first outreach to final purchase
Keep organized notes, communication logs, and updates for dealership leadership
Hit weekly/monthly acquisition and performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Preferred experience and traits include:
Prior Customer Success or Sales experience (sales, BDC, appraisal, or acquisition, Door-to-Door, Telecommunications)
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms, apps, and digital workflows
Strong communication and negotiation skills—able to initiate conversations and keep them moving
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn the private-party acquisition space
Self-driven, accountable, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations at once
This role requires heavy outreach through messenger, texting, and phone calls
