Vehicle Hiring executive

Job Summary

The Transport Executive will be responsible for hiring vehicles from the open market, negotiating transport rates, collecting quotations, and coordinating vehicle placement to ensure smooth and cost-effective transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire vehicles from the local and inter-state transport market as per operational requirements.
• Negotiate freight rates with transporters and vehicle owners to achieve cost efficiency.
• Collect, compare, and maintain quotations from transport vendors.
• Coordinate vehicle placement for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain good relationships with transporters and vendors.
• Ensure availability of vehicles on time as per dispatch plans.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience: 0 to 2 years in transportation hiring.

• Graduate or 12th pass (preferred).
• Experience in transport coordination or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle hiring and market transport rates.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record keeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
