Vehicle Sales & Asset Disposal Executive

Job Summary

The Fleet Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sale of new and used company vehicles and fleet assets. The role includes listing vehicles on relevant platforms, coordinating with potential buyers, maintaining accurate sales records, tracking inventory, conducting vehicle viewings, and ensuring timely completion of sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sale process of new and used vehicles.
  • Create and publish vehicle advertisements on online marketplaces and social media platforms.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of vehicles available for sale.
  • Coordinate inquiries, vehicle inspections, and buyer meetings.
  • Track leads and follow up with prospective buyers.
  • Prepare and maintain records related to vehicle specifications, pricing, offers, and sales status.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams for vehicle handover and documentation.
  • Monitor market prices and recommend competitive selling rates.
  • Generate periodic reports on vehicle inventory, inquiries, and sales performance.
  • Ensure all sales documentation and ownership transfer requirements are completed accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in vehicle sales, fleet sales, automotive sales, or asset disposal.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as PakWheels, OLX, Facebook Marketplace, and other vehicle listing portals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and record management.
  • Ability to manage multiple listings and maintain accurate tracking records.
  • Knowledge of vehicle documentation and transfer processes will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
