We work closely with MSMEs and large enterprises, offering end-to-end solutions in public procurement—from bid discovery and submission to post-award support.

We are seeking a Vendor Assessment & Tendering Associate to support vendor assessment activities and assist with government tendering and GeM portal operations. The role requires attention to detail, documentation handling, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Assessment (Primary Responsibility)

  • Manage vendor assessment activities from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with vendors and OEMs to communicate assessment requirements
  • Collect, review, verify, and submit assessment-related documents
  • Ensure alignment with GeM vendor assessment guidelines
  • Track assessment progress, timelines, and respond to queries
  • Maintain records for internal tracking and reference purposes

Tendering & GeM Operations (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Assist with government tendering processes
  • Support preparation and online submission of bids
  • Perform basic technical and commercial compliance checks
  • Handle routine GeM portal operations and monitoring
  • Assist with OEM onboarding and registration processes
  • Draft professional emails, reports, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor assessment, government tendering, or GeM-related work
  • Working knowledge of vendor assessment procedures
  • Familiarity with GeM portal processes
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and use of online portals

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience where vendor assessment was a primary responsibility
  • Exposure to GeM consultancy or procurement support services
  • Experience with OEM onboarding or audit-related documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
