francesca’s is writing a new story—one of reinvention, relevance, and bold growth. With 410 boutiques in 45 states, a fast-growing e-commerce business, and a powerful brand, we’re building something fresh in the world of accessible fashion. Following some hard but necessary chapters, we’re now on the rise—and we’re calling in strategic thinkers, boundary-pushers, and builders to shape what comes next.
This is a unique opportunity to bring vendor relationships, operational accuracy, and problem-solving together to drive compliance and efficiency at francesca’s. We’re not looking for someone to just track chargebacks—we want a teammate who thrives in the details, partners with vendors and cross-functional teams, and helps us elevate processes while protecting the business.
This position will be based in Houston, TX.
What You’ll Own:

-
Dispute Resolution: Identify, engage, and resolve vendor disputes with clear documentation, escalating as appropriate.
-
Process Documentation & Communication: Streamline and document VCG requirements, ensuring clarity with Accounting, Operations/Logistics, Merchandising, and vendor partners.
-
Compliance Reporting: Manage vendor compliance violations/chargebacks and report key findings to senior leaders monthly; present quarterly trends and improvement plans to leadership.
-
Scorecards & Performance Tracking: Lead regular vendor scorecard reviews to track performance, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement.
-
Data & Analysis: Use advanced Excel and other tools to analyze chargeback data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison with internal teams (Accounting, Logistics, Merchandising) to ensure alignment and transparency on compliance processes.
What You Bring:
-
3–5 years of vendor compliance management experience (retail or consumer brands preferred).
-
Strong understanding of routing guides, vendor compliance, chargebacks, and disputes.
-
Familiarity with EDI transactions and logistics/transportation basics.
-
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
-
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
-
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
-
Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable making objective decisions.
-
Supply chain knowledge a plus.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
-
Love the build: You’re energized by change and see whitespace as possibility, not chaos.
-
See beyond the numbers: You know that storytelling and timing matter just as much as accuracy.
-
Believe retail isn’t dead—just different: You’re curious about consumer behavior, digital shifts, and how finance fuels relevance.
-
Lead with humility and high standards: You expect a lot of yourself and your team, and you roll up your sleeves to help them get there.
