Summary

As a Contract Vendor Manager at Imperial Health Holdings, you will play a vital role in managing relationships with our healthcare vendors to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with our standards. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to exceptional care and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare vendors to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Review that invoices match with current contracts on file
• Evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure compliance with service agreements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and optimize service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms for the organization.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance vendor management strategies.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to vendor management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vendor management or a related field within the healthcare industry.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Knowledge of health information management practices is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding vendor performance.
