Vendor Contract Management Analyst | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt


ROLE SUMMARY

The Vendor Contract Management Analyst – IT supports the Vendor Management Manager in overseeing the lifecycle of IT vendor contracts, ensuring compliance, performance tracking, and cost optimization. This role is responsible for maintaining contract documentation, analyzing vendor performance data, and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).


ROLE PROFILE

  • Maintain a centralized repository of vendor contracts, amendments, and service agreements.
  • Track contract renewal dates, key obligations, and SLAs to ensure timely actions.
  • Work with the legal and procurement teams to review contract terms and assess risks.
  • Assist in performance evaluations by generating periodic reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in tracking vendor costs and expenditures, ensuring payments align with contract terms.
  • Identify contractual risks, such as service failures, compliance breaches, and financial penalties.
  • Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendor inquiries related to contractual obligations and performance metrics.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in vendor management, contract administration, procurement, or IT financial control.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software, cloud solutions, and procurement best practices.
  • Strong skills in contract analysis, performance tracking, and financial validation.
  • Ability to work with internal teams and vendors, ensuring clarity in agreements and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with vendor management tools, procurement systems, and reporting software.
