Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Vendor Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and proven experience in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and development. This role is critical to ensuring a robust and reliable supply chain, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for electrical components and systems

Conduct technical assessments and audits of vendor capabilities

Collaborate with design and production teams to align vendor specifications with

project requirements

Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and quality benchmarks

Monitor vendor performance and implement corrective actions when needed

Maintain vendor documentation and compliance records

Support cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing

Requirements

B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or DAE in Electrical

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in vendor development or procurement

Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and manufacturing processes

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Ability to travel for vendor audits and inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
