Vendor Inspection Coordinator

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy or related disciplines).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement/vendor inspection for static & rotating equipment in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience handling 50–75 work orders simultaneously, with exposure to various global regions and coordination offices.
• Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Excellent coordination, quick understanding, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to review and correct inspection reports before submission as per PO and approved documents.
• Full awareness of contract scope to ensure smooth and conflict-free execution.

Location: Doha, Qatar
Duration: Long Term
Working Days: 6 days/week
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Leave: 30 calendar days yearly
