Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the contractor selection process for our office projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor evaluation, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist contractors based on project requirements
• Coordinate site visits, meetings, and proposal reviews
• Maintain contractor databases and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
• Liaise with internal departments for technical and financial inputs
• Support negotiation and onboarding of selected contractors

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in contractor/vendor management or procurement
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of documentation and compliance processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple contractor profiles and timelines
